I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. They were able to get me into their schedule the next morning. The technician was very courteous in keeping me informed as to when he would arrive within the service window; he provided me with multiple options for my repair needs and clearly exampled each option without pressure to upgrade. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and my garage door works like new again.

These folks were a lifesaver and incredibly professional. Our tech (Travis) went above and beyond the call, getting the job done right and in a clean and very timely manner. He arrived on time (within the time window they promised), did a comprehensive review of our door and provided options for fixing and provided preventative maintenance. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Paul L. came right on time to reattach the cable to the spring. He was very pleasant to work with, immediately sized up the situation, and had it fixed within a half hour. He worked with the front office to get me a good price for the service as the garage door was still relatively new (installed less than three years before). All in all, it couldn't have been better. Paul was prompt and courteous. He reviewed with me the installation and its operation which included the manual and remote controls and the keypad. He completed the project timely and left the manuals with me. He demonstrated the safety features by personally interrupting the signals. No services performed, just great customer service! Called this morning requesting an evaluation and quote of replacement of existing garage doors and openers. In less than four hours. Sales Manager Paul was on site and schooling me in both products, my options, my costs and some peripheral considerations. Great individual, very personable and obviously very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed his time, professionalism and no pressure. He left me with quotes for ways to accomplish replacement and while we will need to make a decision as to how to proceed, Paul left an impression that will factor positively in the decision making process.

Precision tech came out the same day I called them. Travis was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail why my garage door got damaged. he repaired it so I did not need to replace a panel ( which was quite expensive.) also took extra time to fix my garage door opener. I was very impressed with his service. cost to repair was very reasonable.

I called Precision late Friday afternoon, and within two hours a technician arrived, figured out the problem and gave me two options (repair or replace the 25 yr old garage door opener). We chose to replace the opener, which included new Chain rail, keypad and remotes. Thanks again, Hunter, for an excellent job!!!! I have used Precision since 2005, and never been disappointed with their high level of customer service, and quality workmanship.

A broken garage door on a Saturday afternoon...I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but with one call, I had an appointment for a repair tech to be out within 1-2 hours. Hunter was on time, polite, professional and he did a great job. This is the 2nd house that we needed to replace the door, opener, keypad and remotes. The estimator is very professional, well prepared and provided all options and quickly answered all my questions. The installation appointment was very soon, and the installer was very efficient. I missing component was quickly delivered to the house, barely affecting the installation time. Outstanding customer service. Very good product. Never a question on who to call for service.

I got in touch with Precision via their chat option on the website. That worked really well for me. I liked that they let me know up front that the whole spring unit would have to be replaced based on the model. That is what I suspected after researching on the internet. Travis was assigned to the job. He was very professional and thorough and got the job done quickly. Travis was really easy to work with and knowledgeable. I originally called because my door opener appeared to be causing the electrical breaker to flip. Precision door sent out Mr. Luke Dials and we found the problem was actually another item plugged into the same circuit. Mr. Dials inspected the entire installation which is over 30 years old. He recommended changing out the fraying cables and plastic rollers. Best of all he installed a key system that allows me to open the garage when the power is out! The price was fair and included a AARP deduction of 10%. I am very happy.

Nothing can put you off your stride faster than a garage door problem. When something fails, you need help immediately. That is why I call Precision Door Service. Always quick to respond, always up to the task at hand. Precision kept my 1995 unit working until yesterday! We both decided a new unit was in store. An hour later, the new unit was installed and life was good once again. My technician was fabulous. He made the job seem easy, and was very tidy as well. This is a good company!
