I’m so glad I called Precision! I’m not sure who I spoke with to make the appointment but she was friendly, efficient, and able to book me for the same day which I didn’t expect. David, the technician who arrived to fix a loose garage door cable and install a new garage door opener, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to show up for the appointment early and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. He removed the old garage door opener and installed a new one quickly and cleaned everything up afterward. He also explained everything we needed to know about the new opener. He even tweaked the track so the cables weren’t rubbing against it and now it is silent for the first time since we’ve lived in our house. The quote I was given over the phone was exactly what I was charged with no surprises or upselling. David exceeded our expectations and he was great to work with!
