I was very surprised to book online and have a technician to my house within 3 hours. Beau was extremely professional and nice to talk to. He did not try to upsell me on anything, but did explain average life on certain items and our system far out passed that. I thought I was only going to get springs replaced, but knowing the rest of the system was 27 years old, we bit the bullet and upgraded. I was very shocked and surprised at the price, but I hope that covers the next 27 years and so on. Again, Beau was great to work with and he did a great job with installation and explaining everything to us.

Nicholas did a great job. He called me and arranged to come early. He checked out the door, rails and opener to make sure there were no underlying issues. He replaced the bottom seal with a much sturdier metal framed seal. Tested it to make sure it sealed completely. He cleaned the door where he had been handling it. Very professional. He left me very satisfied. After three weeks of waiting for Gary to respond, I was very relieved. Thanks very much Richard

Really great service. They were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technician was right on time and diagnosed my intermittent functioning garage door opener. It turned out to be the electronic panel in the opener box. The unit is 17 yrs old and yet they had a replacement panel right in the truck! I am very pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door.

I have used Precision on a few occasions now. The latest was for an issue I was having with the wall mounted garage door opener. I called and got an appointment for the next day. The technician got here and took a look and had it resolved in 15 minutes and let me know what he had done and he also did some other checks to make sure everything looked good. Great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Your repair person was great - efficient, smart, knew what they were doing, and fixed it all up! I decided to get new springs and new rollers for my double garage door, which was not functioning properly, and new keypads for two garages. I scheduled tune ups on my 3 doors using the online scheduler. Was able to get a next day appt. Colby was great. He evaluated our door seals and determined why they were squealing and progressively getting worse even after I had lubricated the hinges and rollers. Very professional and friendly and no pressure, just options.

We have used Precision for a number of years. Promp, professional and fairly priced. As with our previous interactions with Percision Luke, the technician, arrived asked questions relating our issues with the garage door. Diagnosed and located the problems and gave us several options to address our needs. Completed the job fast and efficiently. Plus he was very friendly and easy to talk to. If you have a garage door issue I highly recommend them to resolve them.

In a couple of hours today Colby knocked out a compete hardware overhaul on my 40+ year old garage door. Glides like new! So easy to open by hand! Colby was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns. Job well done Colby, job well done! On to the next one!
