He answered all my questions and was very easy to work with. Customer Service expectations were met! If ever in need of garage repair/service I will be more than likely calling Precision again.

Paul - my door esitmator was AMAZING! Platinum level service! He was kind, knowledage, and demonstrated empathy. He truly has a gift of being a good listener and understanding a clients needs. The knowledge he has gained from working in the industry 20+ years is second to none! Words can't describe Paul's excellent personal skills! What I appreciated the most was after listening to my concerns he gave me a recommendation for my garage door based on if it was his own home. There is no better way to gain my confidence then to make a recommendation to me based on if it was your house. He is the expert in the industry! Travis C was my technician who performed the repairs on my garage door. Travis was a true blessing! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was extremely thorough when explaining the 3 different options that were available to fix my garage door. His work was impeccable and I truly appreciate how he showed me everything he had done when the job was finished. My garage door opener needed repair, a bracket broke and the door would not go up. I saw a TV add for Precision and went to the website and read the reviews. I called they were out to my house the next for and estimate. Nick made a quick assessment of what needed to be fixed and it was repaired within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service and price to have it repaired. Thank you !

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received by Precision. I came home to a broken spring which wouldn’t allow my door to open. Called Precision and they came out the same day and kept in contact about arrival time of the technician. Luke Dials was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the door, etc and laid out my options. He then made all the repairs in a very efficient and timely manner. Great experience with Precision and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone !

Quick response time to my phone call for service & repair of the garage door. The new to us home & garage door needed multiple parts replaced, some panels realigned & tech's eye to get the door working & have a 3 year warrantee on the replacement parts. I called at 8:15AM & tech arrived at 11:30. Condition of door & controller inspected, repairs completed 2 & half hours later. I will call Precision, again, when & if needed.

The reviews are legit, my garage door was broken on the weekend, a rep showed very quickly that day, was professional, reasonable prices, install went smooth. Called them back out a few years later when Garage door opener acted up, again quick, professional and not an unreasonable price.

We found out Easter Sunday afternoon that we couldn't open our garage door because the string broke. We called at 2:00 our call was immediately answered and the service tech Paul was at our house within a few hours. He replaced the springs and some other 30 year old parts, tuned up everything and our door is a good as new. No extra cost for it being a holiday and now we can get our car out of the garage and people can get to work and meeting tomorrow morning.
