We’ve used them before and we’re not surprised by the top level of service we were provided... But Luke was Amasing, professional, courteous, COVID conches and just all around Amasing! On Christmas night as the family was leaving we( our garage door) broke a spring ... alarmed by what it was going to cost... we called precision back... Luke made the whole process fast, we'll done, and in my opinion affordable, even adding in some warranty work that we weren’t aware we had! Hunter gave me the bad news that he did not have the part needed for the repair and it probably was not available because of the age of the opener (24 years). He told me what brands they carried. He was very knowledgeable about the pluses a minis of each and of the different types. Chain, screw, belt, ect. So far very pleased with the purchase liftmaster 8550 weld So many upgrades from the old one (screw) liftmaster. And it is much quieter.

The Gentleman that came was very nice but I was charge $250 for 35 minutes worth of work. He replace 2 cables and tightened up the Springs. I recommend shopping around because their prices are outrageous.
