We originally called because the clicker would not close the garage door. Tech came out and diagnosed it and the main board was fried. He replaced the entire garage system. He did a wonderful job! He even fixed all the gaps and tighten up the door so there was no noise. Can't tell you enough how much we appreciated it. Thank you very much, we will be using you guys in the future!

My son recommended Precision Door Service to install my new garage door opener because he had a positive experience with their products and their work about 3 years ago. Everything about my experience was excellent as well. I called and was scheduled for the next day between 9 and 11. Luke and James called a half hour prior to arriving shortly before 11. I recently moved here and this is my first garage so I know nothing about chains and belts and springs and general maintenance. They analyzed the status of a noisy, feeble 23-year-old garage door opener that I was certain needed to be replaced. Without overwhelming me with technical jargon, they proposed options and presented the pros and cons of each as well as the price. I selected the PDS Ultra 901. I also opted for new springs. Everything was installed and remote controls and keypads were programmed by 5PM. I’m extremely pleased with the result and I have a sense of security and safety with the products and with their work. I appreciated the respectful professionalism of both James and Luke in how they explained both the products and the process to me. They were conscientious and left my garage neater than it had been including removing debris from the spidery corners and Luke straightening out a dent in my garage door.

Our garage door had been giving us headaches for months, we called another company that charged us $400 to come "fix" the issue. 1 month later we ended up calling Precision door services to come fix it for good. Very fast and professional.

Garage door opener failed after almost 18 years of service. Called Precision this afternoon, who dispatched Marcus within an hour. Marcus arrived, agreed the opener had reached the end of its service life, offered us some replacement opens, and 1.5 hrs later we had our new garage door opener installed and in service. Great job, Marcus, and thanks to Precision for the fast and efficient service!

A torsion spring broke on my garage door, which lead to a number of other problems. Mike came out to do the initial repair and continued to support us until everything was fixed and operating correctly. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with! Precision is lucky to have an employee representing them like Mike!

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. They were out the next day and Nick took care of everything! I had an older unit and he recommended that I consider a newer model at some point but didn't force me buy one that day. He was the best! Listened to my issues and fixed them with such a positive attitude. Thank you Precision for everthing!

Tim was amazing. He showed up the next day after I called to fix my garage door. He explained what the door needed. Offered several choices at different prices. He was very helpful pointing out and suggesting things I can do as a single mom to maintain and help the garage door continue to work. I was very impressed by his knowledge and the way he helped me and my garage door.
