My garage door opener needed repair, a bracket broke and the door would not go up. I saw a TV add for Precision and went to the website and read the reviews. I called they were out to my house the next for and estimate. Nick made a quick assessment of what needed to be fixed and it was repaired within 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received by Precision. I came home to a broken spring which wouldn’t allow my door to open. Called Precision and they came out the same day and kept in contact about arrival time of the technician. Luke Dials was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the door, etc and laid out my options. He then made all the repairs in a very efficient and timely manner. Great experience with Precision and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone !

Quick response time to my phone call for service & repair of the garage door. The new to us home & garage door needed multiple parts replaced, some panels realigned & tech's eye to get the door working & have a 3 year warrantee on the replacement parts. I called at 8:15AM & tech arrived at 11:30. Condition of door & controller inspected, repairs completed 2 & half hours later. I will call Precision, again, when & if needed.

We found out Easter Sunday afternoon that we couldn't open our garage door because the string broke. We called at 2:00 our call was immediately answered and the service tech Paul was at our house within a few hours. He replaced the springs and some other 30 year old parts, tuned up everything and our door is a good as new. No extra cost for it being a holiday and now we can get our car out of the garage and people can get to work and meeting tomorrow morning.

I discovered a broken spring on my garage door in the morning and had both cars in the garage. I was unable to lift the door even after disengaging the drive motor. I was really in a bind and was hoping that nothing happened that would require me needing to use a vehicle. I figured it would take a couple of days to get the springs replaced. When I called Precision Door Service, the lady asked me if that same day between noon and 2p.m. would be alright. You bet was my answer. The two technicians did a quick but thorough replacement and thanked me for being a repeat customer.

Changed out the LED lights back to incandescent because LED LIGHT Bulbs interferes with connecting to my key pads as well. I had no idea ???? light bulbs could be a problem. A new key pad and wire repair & reprogramming my remote & I am a happy customer!!!

Travis was great. He went through all the options for repairing the door that just happen to break today. The spring broke, cable started to fray. One cable came off. I chose the option that fit the door and my needs at the moment. Learned a lot that I feel realtors should tell home owners, especially first time home owner as myself. A real review from a real customer. Used Pricision this Saturday, a garage door spring broke and we could not get our cars out. Trapped. Called and a technician arrived at the house about 2 hours later, we felt that was pretty responsive for an emergency call. Travis our technician was very professional and really knew his stuff. He even got us a discount on a part which saved us quite a bit of money. He went beyond the expectation to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend this company.
