Really impressed with the service because it has been lacking with several other services I have had to deal with recently. The service person identified the problem quickly and explained my options without any pressure. I will go to them in the future if I have any other issues & highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I was very happy with the service I received from the phone call to make a same day appointment, to the assessment of the problem with my door, and the final installation. Ted did a great job explaining the situation and my options and also provided some recommendations based on my specific needs. He was prompt, knew his stuff, helpful and was a pleasure to work with. I’m very happy with his work and the products he installed.

It was a weekend & my garage door would not go down. I looked online & picked a company with a high rating, which was Prec0ision. Everyone I talked to, from the woman in the office to Jacob, the technician who came out on a Saturday, was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. I will definately use them for all my future business.

My garage door was not opening due to a broken spring. It was past 5pm, and most places were closed except for Precision Door Service. I have never used them however, I needed my garage door repaired asap. Precision sent Luke and Curtis, the next day to repair my garage door. They were both friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They took their time and did a great job! If you encounter garage door issues or have concerns, give Precision Door Service a call.

Purchased the house recently and the garage door opener decided to quit last. Their card was posted next to the control panel so decide to call them. They set an appointment for the next day and showed up at the scheduled time. The service technician was very professional and friendly. He studied the issue and gave me a number of option for replacement. Completed the installation in a little over an hour, help program my car and walked me through all the features. Would highly recommend them I’d you’re ever in need of garage door repairs.

Big shout out to Nick and to Precision Door Service. I cannot thank you enough for repairing our garage door within 12 hours of my call..as well as Nick kindly and patiently answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me in detail. The cost was fair and Nick went over everything with me ahead of time. I will absolutely be a returning customer ... please consider offering a tip line when paying by card. I would have loved to have been able to tip him but I did not have cash on me. I would like the option to be available please and thank you :) see you next year!

Setting up an non-urgent appointment was easy with good availability, clear pricing, and professional services. Hunter came for diagnostics and came up with an evaluation and proposed solutions in what felt like less than half an hour. He was also equipped to fix the issue right then and there, which only took an additional 1.5 hrs. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness. I received their info from a friend who did some price shopping, and we both agreed that Precision appeared to have the most seamless system from start to finish. Their pricing and hardware reflect a premium using newer models (consider replacement part availability for years down the line), but if you're looking to properly invest in your home, it's worth it.

I could not be more thrilled with my new garage opener & service from Precision. Late yesterday, heard a weird boom and discovered my garage opener cables were now on the floor. Woke up stressing over this situation at 3am, and started googling for solutions. Saw that Precision answered the phones 24 hours a day and set up a same day afternoon appointment. Luke and Nick arrived right on schedule, checked out the issue and offered a couple of solutions after diagnosing my old opener was failing. They replaced it quickly with a terrific new, and very quiet system that added better lighting to my garage. All within 24 hours of me discovering the problem!

Excellent service! Sean came out to provide an estimate to replace our damaged garage door. Courteous, very knowledgeable, and efficient, he did some measurement, showed some style choices, and gave some recommendations. He stepped out to his car, and 10 min later came back with an estimate. He even stayed to do a quick repair so we can use the door before our new ones arrive. We will be moving ahead with the purchase.

Tim was a consummate professional. He arrived and assessed the situation (broken torsion spring) as well as the condition of the entire door assembly. We had some other issues aside from the broken spring and opted to go with a full rebuild of our 43 year old garage door. I would definitely recommend Tim and Precision Door Service.
