We had a garage door cable suddenly break at our home. We called Precision because we had excellent service in the past. We had a very quick response to our call. We were extremely happy with our service technician, Joe Igla. He gave us several options to repair our 25 year-old garage door components. He was very courteous and knowledgable, and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

The key lock for the garage was broken. Luke showed up exactly on time. He was very courteous and helpful. There is a learning curve to operating the lock if the power goes out. He was so patient with me and had me run through it twice. I told him l never had so much fun with a repair! Make them your first call for any garage problem.

Great Service and on time. Spring broke and called first thing in the morning and they were able to come by 10am the same day. Also fixed some minor issues done by last garage repair company from several years ago.

Very impressed with Sean who came for an estimate. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, and spent a considerable amount of time with us to go over many details. He was an installer before becoming an estimator so he is intimately familiar with all the nuances of garage doors. Not sure how competitive the bid will be as I will get one or two other bids for comparison.

Great service by Luke (C). He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and solved the problem with a 28 year-old door opener without requiring a replacement. He was also very personable and represented the company well. I can’t speak too highly of Luke or the schedulers who also performed well.

My wife and I had our garage door opener break on us on a Sunday at 4:00 pm. We were unable to even get it to work manually as the red cable broke when we attempted to manually open it. We panicked as we needed to use our cars the next morning for work. So we luckily found Precision Door’s ad on the Internet, read their great reviews and noted that they work seven days a week. We called them right away and they were very reassuring; they stated they could have someone to our house within two hours. The technician arrived 90 minutes later and was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He then gave us a fair and reasonable price and fixed the problem in less time than he predicted. He also performed a few extra services for us at no charge (ie., lubricating the garage door, etc.). We were very happy with the work performed and how effortlessly this company resolved our problem. I would highly recommend them for any garage door services you may need or any other services they offer. We will certainly recommend them to anyone who requires this type of service.
