We had an accidental collision with the garage door and were in urgent need of some help. After failing to arrange a timely response from two door repair firms, I did a Google and found Precision. They had a technician (Jesse) here within hours and he was he was able to restore the door the same day. We were extremely pleased with the service from the office and also the technician who was pleasant, efficient and competent. We are certain that we will contact Precision for our future door needs.

Hello, We just had our garage door serviced with a coupon purchased from AAA. I wanted to drop a line to comment on what nice service we received. The technician was thorough in explaining the work that was required to get the garage door to tip-top working shape. I declined the full work for today and he completed the maintenance covered by the coupon with care. The garage door is operating much better that it was and we are quite happy with the service we received. When we are ready to do the full rebuild , we will be calling Precision Door Service. I'm afraid I don't remember the name the tech gave me when he introduced himself but his name is marked ED on the invoice. Thanks Very Much, Donna N

Victor was incredible! He worked hard in a difficult situation where an automobile was unmovable and constantly in the way and he worked around it without complaint. Also, the work was difficult in an dirty old garage and he was friendly, understanding and very competent in his work. I heartily recommend your company to anyone! Thanks to Victor.

From the moment Paul arrived at our home to give us a bid on replacing our worn out 1950's garage door to the time (a week later) that we used the new keypad to QUIETLY open & close our new Therma Tech steel door, we were pleased with Precision's knowledgeable staff, professionalism and follow through.

I called Precision door just after 7am in the morning as I had backed out and bumped into my garage door when they were closed. The door wouldln't close again. When I called the dispatcher said that Brad would be out by 11. He finished his previous job and said he could come a little early. Great! We've had Brad out before when he fixed a broken garage door spring. He is efficient, kind, a good listener, and very knowledgable. He fixed up the alignment of our door within 20 minutes or so. I also had him replace a bulb in the light on the opener, and put a new code pad on the outside of the garage as the buttons on our old weren't working well. The price was so reasonable and I wouldn't call anybody else. I always know that we will be taken care of in an efficient and professional manner. Thank you so much for your good service. It's nice to know that we can have complete confidence in a company; their products, their people and their work.

I have relied on Precision for all my garage door needs. This time, it was a slow-rising door that at times would not open completely -- the result of a broken spring. Alex replaced the springs, drums, and cables. The door is now back to its regular speed, and I'm able to park the car in the garage knowing that the door will open all the way when I need to get the car out. As many reviewers have already commented, Alex was on-time, knowledgeable, and competent. He is also very personable and creative. I enjoyed talking to him, and found out about his interests in design and carpentry. Thanks Alex for taking care of my door!

Our garage door spring broke during the night and we could not get our cars out the following morning. I called several garage door companies, but only Precision responded quickly. Branden assessed the situation, found that the cables and several other parts were also in need of replacement, and made the repairs in short order. I was impressed not only with Branden's competent and quick repairs, but with his friendly customer service attitude as well. The door works better than it ever did before.

Technician arrived in the quoted time window. He was very courteous and completed theremoval of a very old garage door opener and installation of the new opener in about an hour and one half. The door now operates quietly and smoothly. We are very pleased with our experience.

Replacing 41-year-old wood garage doors, after a spring unexpectedly broke, was a pleasant experience with no headaches. After researching garage door installers and selecting Precision, they verified that our research was correct. The installer was on time, did everything that was promised, completed the work promptly, and took extra care to cleanup after the work. The installer was conscientous as to our intentions for the installation. We definitely recommend Precision for any garage door work.

At 7:30am I realized my garage door spring had broken. I could miss my trip to the gym but had to be out of the house no later than 9:30am. I called Precision and Samantha quickly helped me. She had Sam to my house by 8:15am. He changed the spring very quickly but informed me that my 30 year-old garage door needed new cables, rollers and other 'stuff'. They could get Jesse to my house that afternoon. I wasn't home when Jesse arrived or left but he did a great job. The total bill came to a little under $900 which seems like a lot of money for a silly garage door but it has a lifetime warranty. Sam was very professional and I felt comfortable taking his advice. My garage door is now much quieter and I have faith that if anything else goes wrong, they will come and fix it.

My old creaky garage door has been transformed into a smooth quiet one! Jesse was awesome.I was scheduled for a service call between 3:30 and 4:30. He called at 3:15 to tell me he would arrive about 3:45; he did. He took me through a quick but thorough overview of my garage door and opener issue and then we settled on what work to do. He worked efficiently and I am extremely happy with the result.I chose Precision a couple of years ago for some work and called again because I was impressed then as well. Putting the sticker with the name and phone number above the push button in the garage is genius! I always know where to look for the phone number. Thanks for the terrific service. Technician Brad was prompt, personable, and well-versed in his trade. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job. He provided repair/replacement options and pricing without exerting undue pressure. Before leaving, he swept the floor and fine-tuned the closing speed of the doors. Overall, it was one of the most positive service call experiences I've had in over 30 years of home ownership.
