Our 20-year-old garage door opener was starting to glitch after many years of faithful service (thanks, LiftMaster!). We had one of your 'tuneup' services done in 2022 but something more drastic was called for now. I was able to get same-day service from Precisions scheduling desk and technicians Beau and Robert texted me that they could come even sooner. They proceeded to do a professional assessment of the units condition and showed me the sorry state of the rollers and motor. I was provided with several repair options and decided to go with a new LiftMaster unit, springs and rollers. Beau and Robert finished the install in ~2 hours and then helped me train the opener for our cars. They were very thorough and professional and polite. The new unit is like something from a science fiction film - it even has a web cam and interfaces with my phone. I am very pleased. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for everthing from tuneups to new unit installations. They are the gold standard in my area and totally exceeded my expectations.

I have been using Precision Door for many years with full confidence. they sent out a young man named Bryan who understood my problem and made me a recommendation as to how to fix it. Based upon my recommendation I decided to replace the unit. He did it in a very professional manner. The work was done and he cleaned up his mess. I was a store manager for many years and I was impressed with Bryan. I would have hired him.

Called on a Sunday at 1:15p, and the garage door was fixed by 3:15p. Both the phone associate, and the field technician, Trey Hornbuckle, were super courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Trey handled the safety inspection thoroughly and efficiently, gave us our repair options, worked quickly to resolve our issue and listened to our concerns. The broken spring and bearing plates were replaced and we were back up and running.

Had an emergency situation, and their technician showed up shortly thereafter. I realize that is good timing, but he did a good job, stabilized the situation, allowed us time to get a permanent repair arranged. very good company, no problem calling them again for this.

Stephen did a great job for us on a Sunday morning, replacing a broken spring and bearings on our garage door, tightening up the hinges and doing the needed servicing and adjustments. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly explained all we needed to know about the work he did and ongoing maintenance we can do ourselves to keep our garage door in good working order.

Precision Door is fantastic! We called on a Friday evening after hours when our garage door failed (several times) and they were able to come to our home the next day. Joe called ahead and was fantastic! After he assessed our situation and gave us several options to choose from, he was able to replace our garage door opener, track and key pads. Bryan and his partner showed up quickly to fix our garage door. They inspected the door and all of it's components and quickly diagnosised the problem. He explained all of the different repair options and the prices, but wasn't pushy at all. Before I knew it the door was fixed. Bryan was very personable and the whole experience was very pleasant.

I severely damaged my garage door opening system and was trying to decide whether to get a new door or to just have it repaired. I called Precision and Cody came out and assessed the damage. The door was found to be in good condition, and only a repair appointment would be needed. Scott was quickly assigned to the repair and he contacted me to let me know when he would be there. The damaged torsion tube, bearings, springs, cables and rollers were quickly replaced, the opener re-programmed, and the system tested to my satisfaction. Scott and his assistant (forgive me, I've forgotten his name) were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would happily recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone considering them.

Precision has serviced our old garage door for some time. Recently it would not close and they had a repairman, Chuck, out very quickly. He determined that some of the parts had worn out but it could be repaired. Chuck stayed several hours to be sure it would close for the night. He was very courteous and did a great job. Absolutely recommend Precision.

The quote I got from the 24/7 support service was less than half of what the actual fee was. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and provided great service, but I felt stuck having to choose between 3 options that were all more than double the quote from the call taker. I’m sure I got a good product but it did not feel like a truthful disclosure.

Precision did a great job getting my garage door operational again after a spring broke and some parts got bent and damaged. The technician presented me with several options, did a great job explaining everything and got parts installed and working again quickly.
